Elsie Perry originally commenced in 1969 for 7 years and returned in 1995 after raising her family. Elsie has a wide variety of experience at Spalding McCutcheon, and developed a wide range of skills in real estate office administration, finance and customer service. Elsie has the important role of running our office finances and attending to many broad facets of the business. Apart from her wealth of knowledge & experience her unquestionable honesty and integrity in such a role has seen her take over the financial management of the business. This includes ensuring our compliance to the many regulations and legislative requirements, liaising with Auditors and also Landlords mid & end of month statement runs and financial payments.
